Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes through our courier partners. Some remote pincodes may be prepaid-only or non-serviceable; you'll see this at checkout.
Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Prepaid orders are prioritised and typically dispatch faster than COD orders, which may need a quick confirmation first.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote areas may take longer.
Shipping charges
Shipping is complimentary across India on all orders. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge by region.
Cash on delivery
Yes, COD is available on most serviceable pincodes, with a flat ₹49 handling fee per order — the only charge on top of the item price, and it is shown before you confirm. A few remote pincodes are prepaid-only; checkout will tell you if yours is one of them. Paying online removes the fee and adds 5% off + free luggage tag.
