By using this website and placing an order you agree to these Terms. The site is operated by VALMORE; final registered business details will appear on invoices and order communications.
Products & pricing
All prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to cancel any affected order with a full refund.
Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prepaid payments are processed by our payment partner. Prepaid orders receive 5% off plus a free luggage tag. COD may be limited to serviceable, verified pincodes.
Shipping
Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns & warranty
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy. Manufacturing defects are covered under our warranty.
Intellectual property
All brand names, logos, content and images on this site are owned by VALMORE and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
